Because I rang the salesmen who sold me the car and he done all the liaising with repairs, advised re contacting insurance , collected my car, left replacement and vice versa when repair completed. Repair contact easy to talk to also. Good communicators all round. ... Read more

Another great job by the guys, as expected from a VW service. Only complaint goes against the substitute car( service light on, parking brake fault, very dirty inside).
